Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Timeline:

   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in to avoid any charges.

   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or in case of a no-show will incur a charge equivalent to one night's room tariff.

2. Cancellation Confirmation:

   • Please retain the cancellation number for your reference to ensure no retention charges are applied.

3. Non-Guaranteed Reservations:

   • Non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled by the hotel after 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.

4. Refunds:

   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 24-hour window or in the case of no-show.
